Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Civra, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully.


Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable).


Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned/damaged item, we will process a replacement.
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 7 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Civrain reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
